cannot clone to server on 0.2.1

Trying to run flynt clone --from local --to development on 0.2.1 leads to the error:

Error: This does not seem to be a WordPress install.
Pass --path=`path/to/wordpress` or run `wp core download`.

Downgrading to 0.2.0 worked fine though.

Can confirm, might be that the command is being executed in the wrong folder. @domtra could you research or should I try to figure it out?
