Screen failure when power-on NV14

When the transmitter gets a power-on (with both buttons) the screen drops a view vertical RGB lines and goes black.
This is likely the case when a external module is connected on the back and does power-on with the transmitter.

Noticed it also happens without module attached to back of the transmitter.

@VM-2020 As first one is most probably related to design of power circuit, the second one seems interesting.
TO provide any help I need some more details, when it happen, model configuration etc.
