[BUG] ImportError: cannot import name 'MontySnapshot' from 'pydantic_monty'

Sandbox with monty now crashes due to import error since monty v.0.0.8 at this line: https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte-sdk/blob/main/src/flyte/sandbox/_bridge.py#L99

Describe the bug

When using monty sandbox using sandbox.orchestrator, this import error occurs with the new release of monty.

Expected behavior

No import error.
