Relay join/leave messages

Hey,
is it possible to relay join and leave messages from irc to slack? I ran into the issue with users loosing connection to the irc or quitting on accident then waiting hours for a reply which was already given during the time they were disconnected.

Yup. Add join and quit listener could do it.
