feat: normalize MCU manufacturer names to lowercase
Updated the MCU manufacturer names in various board JSON files to use lowercase for consistency. This change affects the following files: boards.json, board.json for fobe_idea_mesh_tracker_c1, fobe_idea_mesh_tracker_c1_voice, fobe_quill_nrf52840_mesh, fobe_quill_nrf52840_mesh_solar.
