I like it but a screen space saving layout would be better - so it could always be on top.

The current layout is HUGE and that is fine.... but screen space is at a premium.

So I'd like to see the option to run in a SMALL always on top layout.

As a sort of side note on VISUALLY stimulating applications - and efficient use of screen space, the Mac Slow Cairo Clock is about as good as it gets.

You can set the clock size to what every you want, the Radium Clock Face - is VERY CLEAR and legible to read at a glance.

AND I absolutely HATE smooth sweeping seconds hands, I like to see the clock TICK ( and real clocks tick ) and the seconds hand MOVE, in 1 second movements.

Unfortunately, in GTK4 / wayland there is no longer a way to specify window to be always-on-top (at least for now). Must be done manually by a user.

I have had a look in the internet and the "Software" program and also in Synaptic can't find anything other than the stock install. Do you have a link?

Yeah.... I gave it a go.... BUT there were warnings about it being safe to install.... AND the install took absolute ages..... and it just rang alarm bells that there is something wrong with it....

So I cancelled the install and deleted it.

I could come back to it when it's complete and the bugs are ironed out....

At this stage - there were too many significant things to say, "This is a complete and functional piece of software".
