Flatpak Features

I'm now using the Flatpak and it's really good. Thank you.

A couple of feature requests:

• Close/Minimize to tray
• Start on startup to tray
• Animation of time expiry while in tray

Extension for the GNOME Shell is in the works. Screenshots:

I'll be looking at https://github.com/AyatanaIndicators/libayatana-appindicator-glib for implementing indicator for other desktops. This will offer bare minimum, as the API is limited.

I also would like to try KDE Plasma widgets. In theory the indicator could be just as good as for GNOME Shell. I'm not a KDE user. So, if I make it, I hope there would be a volunteer who could maintain it / report issues.

Autostart - this will be coming too. The app already is using Background portal. It should work on more desktop environments...
