Still maintained?

Hi there! 

I was wondering if the fog ecosystem is still being maintained. We're using the fog-rackspace Gem over at kitchen-rackspace, but we're using Ruby 3.1 as Ruby 3.0 is shortly going to be EOL'd. 

If this isn't being maintained, then that's totally understandable!
