How to use two instances of QLog

I'd like to have two different logbooks: one for my station and another one to manage my radioclub logbook.

How can I do it?

Have you considered using separate station profiles for each callsign? You can create unique ones for each callsign and location if needed.

Yes, but I don't know how to switch from one profile to another. I want to manage separate logbooks: one for my callsign and another one for my club callsign without any interconnection between both. Is it possible with different profiles?

There are couple of options here. One of them is the one mentioned by @aa5sh.

Personally, I would go the easy way. Simply create a new OS user and start QLog under the new user. You didn't specify what you expect from the second instance, but I think a new user is the easiest way.

Yes, I do. From a setup perspective, it is the simplest possible solution.

I don’t know why you’re worried about having two users in Windows. Windows, even if it doesn’t seem like it, is truly a multi-user operating system. Separating the Qlog user has more advantages than disadvantages. It’s also more secure because the club operators won’t be logged into your personal Windows account. There’s no need to come up with complicated profile setups.

Otherwise, there is a third option, but it’s only used for testing and development. That’s why I personally wouldn’t recommend it to you.

Thanks all. I think I'll do it as Ladislav says (Another windows user). I don't want to mix QSOs in the same database.
