It seems that default spec got overwritten when you start adding your own spec
If you are using lazy to load plugins,
try adding opts_extend = { "spec" }

e.g.

  {
    "folke/which-key.nvim",
    event = "VimEnter",
    opts_extend = { "spec" },
    -- opts = {...},
    config = true
  },
