Update Skia submodule to re-enable SK_HIDE_PATH_EDIT_METHODS

With the SkPathBuilder migration complete in skia-pathops, we no longer
need the deprecated mutable SkPath methods. Update to commit a777ad7
which re-enables SK_HIDE_PATH_EDIT_METHODS.

This ensures the Skia API enforces immutability of SkPath.
