Summary

From email proposal: Based on historical runs, show me what google barks at the most for a specific page type (eg unused Javascript on your Search page keeps coming up as one of your top 3 warnings, etc). Also, if I can annotate with release notes (eg Refactored search page) it would be great to have insights that tell me, "Since Search refactor on 12/10, your performance score rose 10 pts / 5% etc"). Related to this, it would also give me insights on urls I've tagged as competitors (eg XX's Search Results - Accessibility score has improved 10% since XX).
