Summary

Implement notifications for Microsoft Teams similar to how we do with Slack. Microsoft Teams can accept Webhook URL requests similar to Slack, so this shouldn't be out of the realm of feasibility. The challenge will come in learning the API and formatting messages accordingly.

Value

Not everyone uses Slack. Many companies use Microsoft Teams which is rising in popularity. As Foo continues to grow, we should accommodate a wider range users and more importantly teams within organizations.
