fix: improve e2e test CI environment compatibility

- Add --no-sandbox and --disable-dev-shm-usage Chrome flags for CI environments
- Use RUNNER_TEMP for better GitHub Actions temp directory handling
- Add better error logging and environment debugging to CI workflow
- Improve temporary directory path handling for cross-platform compatibility

Fixes GitHub Actions e2e test failures by ensuring proper browser
launch configuration and temporary file handling in CI environments.
