Devtools not showing at all #239

Hi,
I have a quite uncommon setup in my app, where my default layout and route is not in the main app package, but spread across packages in a pnpm monorepo. I guess that somehow the plugin detection of the entrypoint is messed up, and I can't see the devtools anywhere. The plugin is definitelly doing something, since the additional metadata is in the DOM.
Is there a way to manually inject the tools and not to rely on the vite plugin?
Using latest versions of everything.
