Add a `create-client` command

It would be nice to be able to create a Keycloak client from the addon , the UI inputs should be inspired from the kc console
First step : (we can prefill the name for instance_

Second step (we should at least be able to chose for "bearer-only" or not, and maybe prefill redirect URL etc ...)
