On linux or windows, we can run docker through socket or tcp.

On linux, socket is by default and is used by forjj to do DooD with forjj plugins.
There is currently no other way.

At least, what I think will be needed for forjj to support this :

• Add DOCKER_HOST - easy
• Check how docker -v will mount the end user infra path, when we are running docker from windows.

This is not a critical feature. Forjj is designed for linux originally with docker socket.
And I may not implement it.

At least, from that issue, we need to update the documentation to add this docker socket as a requirement.
