How can I use a relative URL in data.url of Select component?

I'm trying to use a relative URL for the Data URL property to load data relative to the base URL of the page the form is placed on. Unfortunately, when I do that, form.io prepends https://api.form.io to the relative URL which returns in a 400 error response.

Is there a way to achieve what I'm trying to do?
