How do we get jwt token when we login via SSO

Hi all, I want to use formio API but I have no idea how I can create jwt token since I login via SSO. I use Postman to explore the API and couldn't figure out what I can do so that Postman will take me to SSO login screen and authenticate me. Please help. Thank you in advance.
