+# Pro Unlimited License
+

+This is a legal agreement between you and FormKit, Inc. (the "Company") for the **perpetual** use of FormKit Pro (the “Software”). By paying the one-time fee and downloading the Software, you agree to these terms and our [Terms of Service](/terms). We reserve the right to alter this agreement. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website 30 days in advance. No changes will retroactively reduce your rights to Software versions in your possession.

+## 1. Permitted Use
+
+You may:
+
+*   Copy and distribute the Software unmodified, provided this license is included.
+*   Use the Software on **unlimited development projects**.
+*   Use the Software on **unlimited production sites** (single or multi-domain) in perpetuity.
+
+### Features
+
+*   **No Telemetry**: Respects user privacy.
+*   **Strict CSP Compatibility**: Works with strict Content Security Policies.
+*   **All Pro Inputs**: Includes all current and future Pro Inputs.
+
+## 2. Restrictions
+
+Unless expressly authorized, you and your employees or contractors ("Authorized Users") must not:
+
+*   Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
+*   Publish the Software to a public repository.
+*   Sell, rent, or distribute the Software, except as an integrated, non-primary component of your product. Standalone resale is prohibited. Your integration must not enable third parties to use the Software independently.
+*   Modify, create derivative works of, or remove proprietary notices from the Software.
+*   Use the Software in violation of any laws or regulations.
+
+### Private NPM Tokens
+Pro Unlimited holders are **authorized to share private npm tokens with clients** for project collaboration and deployment.

+## 3. Marketing
+
+You grant FormKit, Inc. permission to display your company name and logo for marketing purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time in writing.

+## 4. General Terms
+
+For all other terms, including Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Disclaimer of Warranty, and Limitation of Liability, please refer to our [General Terms of Service](/terms). In the event of any conflict between these Pro Unlimited License terms and the General Terms of Service, these Pro Unlimited License terms shall control.
