Multiple submissions with the same email and password

Hi,

I am using this module for the first time. I have discovered that you can submit to a form more than once with the same email and password. When you log in via submission accounts to edit the entry, the entry with the lowest id, or the earliest/first match is retrieved. Not sure if this can be handled better.

If entries with the same email and password overwrote each other, then at least the user would see the most recent submission in their submission account.
