Example abstracts #2

@LukasWallrich

Description

@LukasWallrich

You can find a lot of example abstracts here - with the success outcome and original study doi, which are the key things to extract.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JW74_3b0_op6ch5JNiGnXWSxzg-tRrG-x4qQJQAMRb4/edit?gid=1463038799#gid=1463038799

This already contains the abstracts - but to find the original study, you will likely also have to get the reference lists - e.g. from the crossref API

@ebel-frank maybe the first step should be to experiment with some abstracts and online LLMs to see how you can get them to extract info about the original study - as well as the best information regarding the original study - and then write code to identify the original study based on the reference list and what is extracted from the abstract? Feel free to create specific issues and pick one to work on ..
