Markdown list in argument docstring causes next argument to indent

Describe the bug
If one parameter docstring ends with a markdown list, the next parameter's docstring will show as indented in the hover window:

Expected behavior
The line "baz baz is a nonsense word" should be aligned with the line "bar bar is a place you drink" above.
