how link with an external file (.res file from resource)

Hello
I would like to know if it is possible to do use fpm to include, during link process, a file created by another application as rc. RC is the resource compiler used to include graphics part into a fortran programs. This application creates a .res file that usually I link with object files created by the compiler.
