I have created a working snap that has been published on the snap store.

This allows your application to be leveraged across multiple distributions of Linux and will automatically updated with any commit to your repo.

I am happy to continue supporting the snap, unless your team would prefer managing it. We can easily perform a transfer of ownership via the Snapcraft Forum.
