feat: Add linting support for nvfortran

I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.

• Feature is not present in the latest Pre-Release

Feature Request

I am building my code with nvfortran and would love to be able to modern fortran to the module files that build generates. It would also add support for CUDA Fortran.
