feat: Namelist support from Fortran-Namelist extension

I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.

• Feature is not present in the latest Pre-Release

Feature Request

There is an extension for syntax highlighting and code folding for Fortran-Namelist now: https://github.com/NicoJG/VSCode-Fortran-Namelist

I created a PR to implement outline parsing: NicoJG/VSCode-Fortran-Namelist#1

My idea was to maybe just merge these features with the vscode-fortran extension to have everything in one place.
I don't know to much about vscode extensions, but I guess it shouldn't be to hard to copy over these features.

What do you think?

@gnikit I just created a pull request. I am not too much into extension development, but I tested it locally and it seemed to work.
