[SUGGGESTION] "free to choose" sponsoring

i think it might be a good idea to have an option to donate a self-decided amount.

preferably through both github and paypal (because you can link a bank account to paypal, but are required to use a credit card for github)

the idea here is that users of pangolin, who are happy and want to support the development, can donate freely and recurringly.
this would help the project gain a steady monthly income from it's userbase -without forcing things behind paywalls-,
but still allow the option for the one-time donations as well.

(much like in the way, for example, it is possible for opnsense)

for example, for myself, i'd be happier paying 2 or 3 dollars a month while i'm using pangolin than just the 25 bucks one-time,
meaning you'd make more off of me after only 10 months than if i'd just have done the one-time thing.

it could either be "just for support" and give nothing in return (fine for me - after all, it's for showing your support),
or perhaps build in a license check that removes the same things as a one-time payment, for as long as this payment type is actually active.

personally, i'd go the "just for support" route, and combine that with the one-time payments for people who actually want their own pet pangolin :)
