Sorry, maybe I was a bit unclear in this. Android Auto does not like it when any of the traffic goes through a VPN (for whatever stupid readon they think), so maybe I should have asked to exclude Android Auto traffic from the VPN otherwise Android Auto does not start. |

I too noticed that, a split tunneling function would be perfect that just traffic which needs to go through the VPN goes through it like for example a jellyfin or Plex server. I connect pangolin and Google YouTube android euto etc. Goes like always but when connecting to jellyfin or Plex traffic will be router through the VPN |

Summary
I would like to have the ability to exclude an app from the VPN connection (same way Tailscale does this). The reason for asking is that I would really like to keep the Pangolin connection open at all times, but that interferes with Android Auto (wich I always use when in the car).
Motivation
I need to disconnect Pangolin when driving my car, that is not something I would like to do.
Proposed Solution
Give the option to exclude apps from routing through the VPN so Android auto works again.
