With the OSS firmware, I can see flickering even at maximum brightness.
This does not occur with the proprietary firmware.

I suspect that the PWM settings need some readjustment.

To support as many dimming steps as possible (#97), I think the refresh rate at max brightness should max out the technical possibilities of the board.
