This Issue aims at creating the basic layout and floor planning for the new board

• The edge cuts, with the exact dimensions to follow for the new board
• Mounting hole positions for the board(preferably similar to an already mass produced board so the already present enclosures can be used)
• The general placement of the components on the board, taking into consideration ease of routing and output ports placed such that they line up with the enclosure's port placement
