Add modular reasoning engine for deduction and contradiction checks

The fossil_jellyfish_reason sub-library would introduce logical inference rules (e.g., modus ponens, syllogisms) and apply them across memory nodes. It could detect contradictions in beliefs and perform symbolic manipulation of ideas. This would enable systematic thought processes and is useful for deeper reflection, diagnostics, and educational use cases.
