Fossil XSDK Pull Request

Description

This pull request adds more test cases to test existing functions in different use cases to ensure functions work as expected. As a result, it also applies to fixes to functions.

Testing

Added edge cases to test use cases for functions, also adding test cases for Objective-C and Objective-C++.
