[FEATURE] FSON Support for Fossil Test

Summary

In the interest of providing easy to read data, via exported reports, formatted output or with Jellyfish based experiments I think FSON v2 should be added.

Motivation

This feature would open a few doors one for new assumptions for FSON, another to allow mocking to get more advanced with the way it processes its data, and exported reports would be readable for any tools that use FSON v2 format.

Alternatives Considered

Nothing else at this time.
