Fossil Test - Pull Request

Description

This PR is a small bug fix update to ensure functionality of the framework is stable, Fossil Mock type define macro was changed to simplify the process of adding a sudo name to a given mock type along with error checking for null value for Fossil Test, Fossil Mark and Fossil Mock.

Testing

New test cases added, some to showcase Fossil Test telling you about your empty test case with no assertion and others to extend the existing set, finally a new pair for mock-up library
