Rebase #54

Hello, I've rebased the latest version of this fork (2022.2+fio) on top of the latest version of the uptane fork: https://github.com/uptane/aktualizr/tree/foundries-rebased. What's the best way to get that integrated? Does that require a new branch, presumably 2022.3+fio?
