Error: Source file requires different compiler version...

I was able to successfully get my project to compile, but I'm still stuck with lingering errors around multiple files that are complaining about the compiler.

I've set a strict compiler version in foundry.toml, but Foundry is still referencing that the current compiler is 0.8.17+commit.8df45f5f.Emscripten.clang

Is there a cache specific to solc? How do I reset the auto-detection?
