Describe the bug

In the documentation here: https://getfoundry.sh/guides/scripting-with-solidity#deploying-to-a-testnet it says uses "--chain <chain-name" based on foundry.toml config but it actually requires using --rpc-url

Unclear if this is a bug in the CLI or if the docs should be updated. It would be nice if both worked.
