There will be a new UDC version with the same interface but a different address.

Objective

Add suport for new UDC contract in sncast.

Additional Context

It should be possible to just override the UDC address in starknet rs so it shouldn't be blocked by update on their side assuming their internal logic is compatible with the new version.
