V13 Feature Update

• All doors are now Animated Doors!
• Scenes now use new KTX2 spritesheet features for all scene background, foreground textures, animated doors, and tiles.
• Water combat for the Ansubek encounter is now handled by a scene region that specifically reacts to token elevation, making it convenient to indicate if a creature is below the water's surface by simply providing a negative elevation to the token.
• D&D 5e creatures have been adjusted to use D&D5e 2024 rules, and the legal licensing info has been extended to include the D&D SRD 5.2.
• All Pathfinder second edition actors now have portrait images.
• Pathfinder second edition actors now have their correct disposition and use the PF2e allegiance configuration.
• All macros are now single-line calls to a separately defined Macros API imported from a single macros.mjs file, this enables easier bug-fixing for future macro updates without the need to reimport the adventure.
• The dynamic token ring import option has been redesigned. All tokens are now presumed to be topdown unless the "Prefer Dynamic Rings" option is checked during import.

Bugfixes

• Corrected a number of token-related graphical issues related to dynamic ring import image mapping.
• Slide trap scene regions now correctly pass tokens through walls.
• PF2e and DND5e macros have been standardized where possible.
• Corrected folder structure for D&D macros.
