Add support for encrypted VMDK files

VMDK disks can be encrypted, would be nice to support them (especially with Windows 11 requiring TPMs, which will automatically enable VMDK disk encryption I believe).

We already support a little bit of encryption in VMX files, not sure what exactly this else requires. Needs a bit of research.
