Mox looks to be meant for a seperate server, my opinion Maddy email server seems better to use in an existing server (it also has a better config format, in my opinion), Mox config also seems.. bad.
Setting up Maddy on a new server isn't hard either, either with the built-in certificate function, or standalone acme.sh.
