@nrepina This should tackle the chunking issue. Please test and let me know if it works as expected. By just running it with the same settings as before, it should now use the chunking from the 3D image for the upscaled label image, not just chunking 1 in z. You can also overwrite it by setting the z_chunking parameter. Would be great if you could test both :)
