Relax constraint on pydantic versions #936
Description
As of fractal-task-tools=0.0.12, pydantic versions up to 2.11.2 are supported.
In #934, I tested dropping the current pydantic<=2.8.2 constraint, and everything seems to work.
What does not work is that fractal-tasks-core manifest-building tools are not compatible with pydantic>2.8.2. Thus I have to close that PR and stick with the pydantic<=2.8.2 constraint.
When we drop the fractal-tasks-core manifest building tools, we can then relax the pydantic version constraint.
