Get fractal-tasks-core 1.5.0 released on conda

I'm currently struggling to get fractal-tasks-core released on conda-forge here: conda-forge/fractal-tasks-core-feedstock#34

The current blocker: fractal-task-tools isn't on conda-forge.

@tcompa Could you help with this? Shall we add fractal-task-tools to conda-forge?
