To discuss: expose "re-use last-job filter" option

User story:

1. I am on a workflow page
2. I select dataset id=123
3. I open the submission modal
4. I play with filters until the image list matches my expectations
5. I submit the job
6. The job fails
7. I fix a task argument
8. I want to resubmit the same job with the same filters as in point 4.

Question: do I see a button that says "re-use the filters I used in the last job for this pair workflow+dataset"?

Option 2: We write the attribute filters back to the dataset when they are set by a job

This is about setting smart defaults, not stopping users from setting other filters.

This here could be Option 3. Interesting option to explore
