I am trying to solve an issue dcm2niix. I know this is from several years ago, but I not that nhpMpiBrukerBuildDiffusionGradients.m computes b-vectors from the PVM_DwDir field. In my example, PVM_DwBMat and PVM_DwDir appear to provide different results. Do you have any validation datasets you can share, or any knowledge that might provide insight into this issue?
