Connection issue

Could not connect to any of the specified hosts.
This is happening when the socket->open() happens it throws SocketTransportException error, I have tried increasing the timeout and all the wrapper packages that uses onlinecity/php-smpp gives the same issues.

@elain-flow I can hardly help here. When I was communicating with our SMS provider (many years ago), the connection was also unreliable and depended on some unexposed parameters on the SMS provider side.
