Don't remove NGINX when installing frappe

NGINX get removed when installing Frappe bench, on this way I lost many websites and got me a lot of work to restore all
Bench knows the command bench nginx to install NGINX but then already all from the existing NGINX is gone
Redis and NGINX are working both on the same server as they not share the same ports

Remove from the install scripts the apt remove NGINX

Which command did you run? A normal install won't trigger this, if you explcitly run bench setup production it'll wipe out your nginx configs yes, it won't uninstall nginx ever.

I have two remarks on that:

1. don't wipe conf files from any NGINX installations as many websites can be there to use
2. Frappe/nexterp nginx.conf file need to be in /etc/nginx/sites-available and not is /etc/nginx/conf.d
