Information about bug

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure Sunday is marked as holiday in Holiday List
2. Create Leave Application for with a Sunday date in the leave period
3. Check "Half Day" checkbox
4. Expected: Validation error or prevention
5. Actual: Half-day allowed on holiday

Impact: Users can create invalid half-day applications on non-working days
Related: Leave Application doctype validation

E.g. 7th Dec (Sunday) to 10th December = 3 Days, as expected with Sunday not counted.

Half-day can select 7th/December and thus half-day is adjusted - not expected.
